Mr. Zutkis, as Vice President, manages the design and construction process at the executive level, interfacing with clients and overseeing the day to day efforts of office and field teams to provide a successful project delivery. He takes a proactive role assisting clients in the development of new opportunities, working to see to it that their needs are met throughout the budgeting, planning, design, permitting, and construction stages of their projects.
Mr. Zutkis leads and supports internal teams and coordinates external resources to ensure that all aspects of each project are handled in a professional and seamless manner. He has been involved in the delivery and successful occupancy of more than 35 facilities in his 20+ years working in the construction industry.
