Mr. Wagenbach, as Vice President of Operations, is responsible for guiding and facilitating operations activities at Meridian in a manner that provides for the current and future needs of the company and its clients. His responsibilities include assisting with the implementation, refinement, and development of practices, policies, and systems related to project delivery, employee development, risk management, project quality, safety, and client communication/
satisfaction.
In his role as General Counsel, Mr. Wagenbach serves as a strategic advisor – providing oversight and support with respect to legal, regulatory, and compliance related issues.
Mr. Wagenbach previously served as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Illini Precast, a precast design and manufacturing firm he founded with his father and grew over a 13-year period to $100 Million in revenue, 4 manufacturing plants in 3 states, and more than 400 employees. Prior to Illini Precast, he practiced construction law for 3 years at a national law firm.
