Meridian Design Build has been selected to complete an 84,000 square foot addition for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours in Melrose Park, IL. The addition will expand Kerry’s existing 113,000SF manufacturing facility at 3141 W. North Avenue to approximately 197,000 SF.

Meridian Selected for Medical Suite Build-Out

Meridian Design Build has been selected by MedProperties Group to construct 3,200SF of medical office space at the recently completed Lockport Crossings Medical Center in Lockport, IL.
Meridian was selected to provide construction services for the 3rd floor doctor suites from a group of six firms invited to bid on the project. The new space is being constructed to accommodate a timesharing concept that will provide doctors with practices outside of Lockport an opportunity to see patients in the area while taking advantage of shared office space and other resources. Highland Baking Co. has selected Meridian Design Build to design and construct new corporate office space at the company’s existing headquarters at 2301 Shermer Road in Northbrook, IL.
Meridian will manage the selective demolition and construction of approximately 12,500 s.f. of office space in an unoccupied single story building attached to the main plant. Once complete, the corporate office will include new Private Offices, Sales Area, Renovated Restrooms, new Conference Rooms, and Lunch Room. Meridian Design Build LLC has recently completed the fast track renovation of a 31,093 square foot industrial building in Chicago. Located at 1419 W. Carroll Ave, the building will accommodate the United States Post Office annex operations.
The USPS entered into a lease with the building owner CF III Carroll Building LLC this summer following an extensive search of available space within the West Loop submarket, and coordinated on their behalf by Conor Mullady with Jones Lang LaSalle.
