Meridian Design Build recently started construction on a 75,000 SF build to suit facility for Banner Wholesale Grocers on a 4.25 acre site in Chicago, IL. The new facility is located on a redevelopment site at 2639 South Damen Avenue.
The 36’ clear building features LED Lighting, a fully air-conditioned wholesale floor, high cube freezer/cooler space, 8 loading docks, and a covered van platform with 16 loading positions. Meridian Design Build recently broke ground on a 168-room Staybridge Suites Extended Stay hotel in Irvine, CA. The new facility will be located at 1660 Barranca Parkway in Irvine, CA. This is Meridian’s third project for the owner of the hotel.

Meridian Design Build recently completed the construction of a 271,700 SF distribution building at 1200 Schmidt Road in Romeoville, IL for Venture One. The building is located in the heart of the I-55 submarket, less than two miles from the Bolingbrook Drive Interchange.
