Meridian Selected for Auto Truck Build to Suit

Meridian Design Build has been selected by Auto Truck Group and Abbott Land and Investment Corporation to act as design-build general contractor for a Corporate Office/Showroom/Manufacturing Facility for Auto Truck to be constructed in Bartlett, IL. Construction is expected to begin in late spring with a fourth quarter 2008 project completion.
The new facility will be located on a 16.26-acre site within Brewster Creek Business Park in Bartlett, IL. Included in the 103,585 square foot building footprint is 12,600 square feet of corporate office space and a 5,700 square feet of vehicle showroom.
